We all face struggles and can sometimes feel lost. I’m Manjeet, and as a fellow traveller on this journey of life, I truly understand that things can get tough. It takes courage to reach out for support, and I want to offer you a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space to explore whatever is happening in your world.
In our sessions, we can walk side-by-side, at your own pace, to gently explore what’s troubling you. We can look at how past experiences, including any trauma, might be impacting you now, and how your unique life journey has shaped your thoughts and feelings. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I trust in your inner wisdom and capacity for growth. My role is to listen deeply, to understand your world from your perspective, and to offer genuine empathy and support as you navigate your own path towards healing and wholeness.
I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive, even when it feels far away. I’ll be here to help you discover your own strengths, to cultivate self-compassion, and to move towards a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful. My approach is person-centred, which means I’ll meet you where you are, without judgement, and work collaboratively with you to create a therapeutic journey that truly honours your individual needs and goals.
I offer online sessions, which are flexible and convenient. I speak Punjabi and English, and I’m happy to work with clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in Punjabi, even if they’re not completely fluent. I understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and strive to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to talk more about how we can work together. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.

No. Many people come to therapy just to talk, reflect, and process life’s challenges. You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support.
Yes. If Punjabi is your preferred or more comfortable language, you’re welcome to express yourself in it fully or partially. I support bilingual sessions.
As a British-born Sikh woman, I bring both lived and professional understanding of cultural expectations around family, marriage, and mental health. This helps create a space where you won’t need to “explain everything” to feel seen.
Each session is 50 minutes long. We typically meet weekly, but the frequency can be adapted to your needs and schedule.
